To augment its existing US based hosted service, Pipkins is adding a UK data centre location, due to go live in August 2017.
Apart from providing additional capacity, the move obviates Data Protection questions that can arise when considering hosted solutions outside the EU.
Pipkins has been offering workforce management solutions since 1983, and has seen a rapid increase in its hosted customer base in recent years.
Customers report faster implementation and a pay-as-you-go model as important factors when looking at ROI.
